Step 1
Go to the Account icon in the top right corner or click here.
Step 2
Click "Manage your subscription here".
Step 3
Enter your email and use the one time passcode sent to your inbox, or phone number if you have one on file, to login.
Step 4
You will see your active subscriptions listed in your subscription portal. Next to the subscription you want to cancel, click on the "Manage subscription" link.
Step 5
You will see the details for that subscription. At the bottom, click on the "Cancel subscription" link.

Can I cancel my subscription?
Of course! You can easily cancel your subscription from within your account, which you can access with the email address you made the initial purchase with. You will then be sent a one-time login code so there's no need to remember a password. If you have any issues, please contact our customer support team at support@oxfordhealthspan.com and they can cancel it for you.
Can I change my subscription?
You can easily change your subscription - whether that's the frequency or product - or manage your subscription (cancel, skip, reschedule, or even gift it to someone else) from your account.
